I ordered an arrangement for a friend’s retirement to be delivered on a specific date. They could not deliver on first attempt as no one was at the house and they reached out immediately for further instructions. I asked for it to be delivered a second time after making sure someone was at the house. My friend sent a picture after it arrived and the arrangement was as ordered. The arrangement brightened their day of celebrating a long career. Exceptional service.
